About Us
Established in 1999, our company has grown and evolved over the years, including a change of name, while remaining under the same ownership and continuing to deliver the same trusted service.
At Prestige Care, we provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities across the Torfaen area within our supported living homes.
We currently operate five homes, offering shared living environments where individuals can live comfortably alongside others. Four of our homes support up to three individuals, while our largest home accommodates up to six.
Our dedicated team supports individuals with all aspects of daily living, from everyday tasks to enriching opportunities, enabling them to live as independently as possible within safe and supportive environments.
Support
Support includes assistance with medication, meal planning and preparation, personal care, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home.
We work alongside each individual to build confidence in everyday skills, promoting independence at every opportunity. We also support individuals to access their local community, encouraging participation in social activities, groups, education, and employment opportunities where appropriate. Building meaningful relationships and staying connected to the community is at the heart of what we do.
In addition, we provide support with planning and enjoying holidays, days out, and new experiences, ensuring individuals can live fulfilling and enriched lives. All of our services are guided by detailed person-centred plans, ensuring that support is tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
